Palmdale Lot 51:
I went to Palmdale lot 51 and checked out the punch list they had that needed to be fixed. We need an electrician there for about a day to fix things around. The windows inside the house needs caulking around all the window sills. The water heater already has two straps and was inspected by the city to be ok so we should be ok.
724 forest Green Drive:
Drain are done and looks good, it rained really heavy on Friday and Saturday and the drains worked great. I had Roger go there on Saturday to check and he said it was fine. I also went the this morning on Mondays 2/9 and it looks fine no flooding at all. We need to grade the dirt down a little more so the water can move faster into the drains.
I added more water to the pool cause it was vary low. Do you remember if you have an auto fill water line installed?
Roofers:
They will be out on Tuesday to start the roof on 724.
728 Forest Green Drive:
Hose down your drive way due to some mud from the rain.
Bevelloni:
Plumber was out here on Friday working on bath # 5 - 7 and 8 moving and deleting drains and water lines. Bathrooms all done same day.
Juan and Helper:
He will be here on Tuesday to start the GFRC's and we have the boomlift until this Fridays.
Oscar and Roger:
They are putting left over materials in the garage (marble and any left over stuff we do not need as of yet. Also patching and cleaning the house inside and out.
Isokern:
They will out on Tuesdays 2/10 working on the fire places and I will ask them about the flute on the chimney to see if it will work. The most we can bend is 30 degrees because that is the only way the come in on the flutes. Code says only 30 degree bend no more than that.
A.V - TV Guy:
I have a A.V guy coming out on Tuesday 2/10 to look at the kitchen island where you want to put a TV in. These guys are from the Hausser project, they are a turn key outfit they said they do it all the way even the theater.
Accurate Concrete:
These are the guys coming to cut the concrete at the basement stairs,
they are making the metal support already and will let me know when ready. Plus I have to cover the stairs with some kind of plywood so we do not get any damages.

ELEANA REPORT:

* GFRC: Juan is starting tomorrow, Tuesday 2/9/10.
The reason for the delay was because Juan was not available until now. He is now
available but then said he requires us to provide a welder in order to do the
job. Arturo picked up the welder
today. We are expecting Juan to finish by
this Friday, 2/12/10.
* Cabinets: Today the crew worked on figuring out the refrigerator in the Wok kitchen.
* Marble Grout: Gonzalo completed half the Living room today. He will finish the whole Living room by tomorrow.
* Marble Honing: They are coming in Wednesday, 2/10/10 to complete ALL Basement and partial 1st floor - Main Kitchen, Living room, Entrance Hall, and Gallery.
* Entrance Canopy Revision: See my other email for the sketches. Michael is working on getting me a drawings to bid out. I expect it any day.
