ELEANA REPORT:

Fireplace dimensions:

Looked through Zuli's desk for her notes on the fireplace mantles... I found some papers on the fireplaces but I'm not sure if it's it.. anyhow I passed it on to Zuli. Saddleback also sent me drawings with dimensions on the fireplaces. I emailed that to you and Zuli.

 Front Canopy:

Michael Ni sent us the finished plans for the front canopy. I sent the plans out to our steel, concrete, and framer (Colin) for rebid immediately.

DWLA:

They sent a new detail of the water wall today. I will foward to you separately. I am still trying to get them to send me an updated plan & elevation that matches the new water wall detail.

 JF Landscape:

Rich sent the new bid today, you were cc'ed. It came out to $713,616.87, which is $70,355.62 less than his last bid. The landscape amount was reduced by $83,546.50, but that doesn't include the separate $24,000 discount he counted as a separate line item in the last bid. Sorry it's confusing, so I will lay it out in excel for you to compare as you won't understand until you see it compared side by side.

 Marble Polishing:

Attached are more pics of the Family room, which was completed yesterday. Today they had touched up the room. They began on the 1st floor Gallery today.

 Flash Electric:

Danny was here today. See G's report for the details please.

 Cabinets:

The crew continued on in the Main Kitchen today. See attached pics of the progress.

 Drywall:

The crew worked on the soffits and patched up drywall, see attached pics.
